Salon Policies
Appointments
New guests may be asked to schedule a in-person consultation with their service provider before the scheduled appointment to ensure the best possible experience. Consultations are complementary. During the consultation the stylist may need to do a test strand to make the best action plan for your appointment.
Products
Beau Monde is a Redken Elite Black Level Salon Company. We use Redken color, Redken and Pureology hair care, Amikia styling products, and Brazilian Blowout. We also offer Farmhouse Fresh skincare products, Willow Hill Candles and body care, Mirabella Cosmetics, and Grande Cosmetics
No-Show
We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for our services. Appointments that are not cancelled result in a loss of income to our service providers. If you No Show your appointment after we have reached out to you by Email and Text, you will be subject to pay a $30 fee before the appointment will be rescheduled. This fee takes care of that service providers loss of income when you failed to cancel your appointment. Ongoing no shows may be required to have a deposit to reserve future appointments.
Cancelation Policy
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our staff, and waiting guests, we request a 24-48 hour advance cancellation notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please note late arrivals, 15 minutes after appointment time, may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.

Beau Monde Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash, Gratuities can ne accepted with any credit card, added to or separately by check or in cash.
